Pension
You can join our contributory pension scheme - a group money purchase plan - after successfully completing your six-month probationary period. Staff can choose to make their money work harder while enjoying tax efficient savings on their pension contributions.

Life Assurance
This is free for everyone under 65. The payout is three times your annual contracted salary at the date of death.

These keep your costs down by saving you tax and NI contributions.
