Hft Cheshire and Wirral support people with learning disabilities across the Cheshire, Wirral and Liverpool areas. After more than 25 years in the region, we have a lot of local knowledge and expertise.
We can support people to find jobs, to take part in activities or live independently. We can provide services for people with personal budgets, including case management and help with staff recruitment. We can also provide more specialist services for people with complex needs or autism.
Our staff are exceptionally skilled at delivering high quality, person centred services based on individual needs.
