Graduate Trainees & Manager
We’re changing the way care is designed and delivered. Radically.
And, along the way, we’re creating exciting opportunities for both an experienced manager and graduate trainees to join us at the forefront of pioneering social care – and to get invaluable, career building training along the way.
As an established charity dedicated to empowering people with learning disabilities to live the best life possible, we’re now embarking on an innovative, new project that will challenge the way support is designed and delivered.
We’ve already done the groundwork and we’re confident we can succeed in delivering revolutionary transformation. With the right people in place of course.
We’re putting together a small team of dedicated graduate-level staff, known as ‘Expert Practitioners’. This team will creatively support people with complex needs to meaningfully engage in their local community and live the best life possible by balancing hands-on, daily support and activities, with the application of academic theory.
Whether you’re leading the team or are one of the team, you’ll be revolutionising the way learning disability services are provided and potentially transforming support across the nation.
If you’re an experienced, hands-on manager, it’s an opportunity to consolidate and grow your experience and knowledge at the forefront of change.
Or, if you’re a final year under-graduate, looking for a post-graduate opportunity, or a degree-qualified Support Worker, you’ll gain valuable experience and an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis, part-funded by Hft.
If you're excited by these unique opportunities, select from the options below, apply today and join us on our journey...
