Please support us - we need your help because people with learning disabilities are living much longer, while people with severe physical and learning disabilities are more likely to survive into adulthood.

This means there is an ever increasing need for HFT's specialist care and support.

Here's the difference your money could make:

£15 could help build social skills by paying for trips out to the cinema or just to town

£50 could improve movement and flexibility by paying for half an hour of physiotherapy for a person with severe physical and learning disabilities

£150 could help support a person with learning disabilities to take on paid employment in the community

£500 could help to develop the senses of residents with profound learning disabilities by covering half the cost of building an interactive sensory garden
