Working for HFT

Everyone agrees people are an organisation's greatest asset and HFT values each and every one of its staff. Over the years we have developed an invaluable team of highly dedicated and professional people. We aim to recruit, train and develop more staff members with similar qualities and talents.

Some of our staff have written a 'Day in the Life of' case studies. Please click on the area you are interested to download their stories - Support WorkerSupported Living WorkerTeam Manager in Supported Living.

We understand that for an organisation to succeed everyone has to perform well. We achieved Investors In People (IiP) status in 2002, re-credited in 2007, a standard which was established to help organisations improve the way they work. We are proud of our diverse workforce and disability accreditation.

HFT is a flexible employer and we fully understand the importance of a fair reward and benefits package which acknowledges responsibilities, qualifications and performance. We are also willing to work with our staff members to meet their individual work/life balance requirements.

HFT is committed to equal opportunities and welcomes applications from appropriately qualified people from all sections of the community.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure check through the Criminal Records Bureau. However, a criminal record may not necessarily bar you from employment.
