Chief Executive Officer

Kirsty is our Chief Executive Office, leading the leadership team at Hft and taking responsibility for oversight of the whole organisation.

Kirsty is an experienced senior leader in Health and Social Care having worked over 30 years in both CEO, MD, Non Executive and Chair roles across the public and private sectors.

Having started her career on the NHS Graduate Management Training Programme, Kirsty transitioned across into the private sector having undertaken a full time MBA and has worked across all aspects of acute, specialist and community services.

In choosing to move across to the CEO role for Hft, Kirsty was motivated by the clear heart of Hft, and the exciting opportunity to deliver against the potential synergy of a charity that provides homes, care, and support for adults with a learning disability.
