Chief People & Organisational Development Officer
Tell us a bit about your background
I am highly experienced in providing HR leadership in large complex organisations across large, geographically dispersed teams. I would describe myself as a ‘values-driven passionate strategic HR leader, committed to advocating for our employees and delivering for those I serve’’. I have a strong track record of building and developing high performing teams and delivering impactful initiatives which support employee engagement, wellbeing, development, and inclusion. I also have significant expertise in recognition and reward, having been a Head of Global Reward for two large INGOs. I work in the not-for-profit sector because I am driven and motivated by serving those who need support.
In my spare time, I contribute my expertise to provide governance leadership to schools in Oxfordshire that need urgent leadership support.
