Tracy Hampson
Director of Operations
Tracy Hampson joined us in late 2023, as Interim Director of Operations, supporting with turnaround programmes within Care & Support.
She has now taken over responsibility for our Care & Support potfolio, following the departure of our Chief Care & Support Officer, Peter Snelling.
Tracy is an accomplished and experienced senior operational leader of health care services. As Director of Hampson Healthcare Solutions she provides interim services for senior operational management, leadership and support for service turnaround.
She has extensive experience in leadership, service turnaround, project and change management. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Transforming PLC, the Regional Quality Director (Interim) at Hc-One and Interim Director of Operations at Cornwall Care and Managing Director at Lifeways.
