Call us to discuss your support
At Hft Surrey we support over 140 people with a variety of needs, and have particular experience in supporting people with autism and dementia. What’s consistent throughout is our focus on making sure that everyone can draw on the support they need to live their life their way.
We offer residential living, supported living, domiciliary (in-home) care, and day opportunities.
In our lively and spacious Resource Centre, over 100 individuals are supported to access a variety of learning and social activities throughout the week. People can attend for half a day, up to five days a week, or may simply wish to drop into one of our pay-on-the-door sessions.
Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs.
Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using the social model of disability to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
Take your first steps towards a rewarding career that offers you the opportunity to make a real and positive difference to someone’s life every day.
'Domiciliary care' means supporting people to live in their own homes. We support learning disabled people to enjoy more independence.
