At Hft Cheshire and Merseyside, we provide domiciliary care and supported living for over 60 people in 24 locations. We support people with a variety of needs, and have particular experience in supporting autistic people who have higher support needs and physical or mental health conditions. We also provide a specialist service for people with Prader Willi syndrome.
Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs.
Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using the social model of disability to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
What’s consistent throughout, is our focus on ensuring that everyone is supported to live the best life, and achieve the best outcomes possible.
Luv2meetU Cheshire and Merseyside is a social group for learning disabled and autistic people. We help members to get out, try new things, and make friends in a safe, inclusive environment.
Joining our Luv2meetU Cheshire and Merseyside group gives you access to between 3–5 activities most weeks. That’s around 230 events a year. Our events take place in and around Chester, Cheshire Oaks, and Liverpool.
Take your first steps towards a rewarding career that offers you the opportunity to make a real and positive difference to someone’s life every day.
'Domiciliary care' means supporting people to live in their own homes. We support learning disabled people to enjoy more independence.
