Supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to live with more independence and choice across the North Oxfordshire/Vale areas, including Banbury, Witney, Abingdon, Marcham, and Shippon.
Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs. Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using our innovative Fusion model of support to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
At Hft North Oxfordshire and Vale we support people with many different types of learning disability. What’s consistent throughout, is our focus on ensuring that everyone is supported to live the best life, and achieve the best outcomes possible.
