What makes a successful nomination?
2020 has so far been one of our most challenging years, and this year instead of holding our usual Fusion Awards, we want to highlight the incredible work that colleagues are doing across the country to overcome barriers and provide the best support possible during these unprecedented times.
Please use the nomination form below to tell us how colleagues, volunteers and fundraisers have adapted to the pressures of the Covid-19 pandemic and other challenges, and continued to support people to do the things that are important to them, while keeping them safe.
We have a brand new set of awards and we’ll be looking for one winner and two runners up for each award excluding the Divisional Hero Awards which will each have five or six runners up – one for every region/cluster. For the Fundraising and Volunteer categories, there will be just one winner selected.
- Nominations can be for an individual (excluding the Team of the Year Award) or a team of up to six people
- The application needs to be submitted via the form below by Friday 18 September 2020 at the latest.
- Once submitted, the application will be sent to your Regional Manager or Department Head to sign-off in support the nomination.
- A separate nomination form has been created for our new People’s Choice Award to make it accessible to people we support and their families. That nomination form can be found at www.hft.org.uk/peoples-choice-award.
