Family newsletters
A little while back, we surveyed relatives of the people we support on what sort of information you would like to hear about. Many families were keen to hear more about what is happening at Hft nationally but some families said they also wanted to know about stories, events and staff updates taking place locally.
To tackle this, we introduced regional newsletters. The national news and updates comes in the form of a four page newsletter, so people in all regions receive the same information. We also insert a regional news page to provided local updates.
There are 25 versions of the newsletter – one for each of our service regions. The newsletters are distributed three times a year to those who subscribe to them. Subscribe now to receive yours. You can select to receive it as a printed copy or by email.
