Salary – £7.60 – £8.03 per hour (dependent on successful completion of probation and Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ Level 2)
To be a successful Support Worker having the right values and attitudes is more important than experience. We seek self-motivated, dynamic and engaging people who can demonstrate patience, communicate easily at all levels and have basic IT skills.
You should be able to work a flexible shift system which may include evenings, weekends, bank holidays and occasional sleep-in duties and will ideally hold a full UK driver’s licence, but this is not essential. Supporting individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities your job will be to support people’s independence to develop their interests and achieve their goals.
We’ll provide full training, to cover mandatory training and training specific to the Individuals you will be supporting.
