You will be fully supported as a temporary manager by the Operations Managers and the Registered Cluster Managers.
Harness your skills and experience
To join us you need to have a diploma in Health and Social Care. Experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities and previous experience of working with people with complex needs is desirable.
You will need to possess the skills and attributes required to manage a team of staff, and be open to taking guidance from your colleagues and manager, who will support you in gaining all the skills required of a Registered Cluster Manager.
The successful candidate will be covering maternity leave, for up to 12 months. You will be joining a skilled team, who work closely together and care about each other’s wellbeing.
