Divisional Fundraising & Supporter Care Officer – Central
Hours: Part-time 21 hours per week
Divisional role – Home based and in divisional offices
Central Division covers – Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Shropshire and Worcestershire

The Divisional Fundraising and Supporter Care Officers (DFSCO) work closely with the Fundraising Manager in their Division to deliver cost-effective, enjoyable community based fundraising activities. You will ensure professional communication with the local supporters and excellent customer care. You will also work with a supportive and professional team of managers and staff in the Fundraising Department with a high profile across the whole organisation.
Your proven track record of supporting staff and volunteers to fundraise effectively and compliantly will be valuable, as will your ability to provide administrative support and your attention to detail.

Fundraising and Supporter Care Officer (Division) (FRSCO)
Responsibility To: Fundraising Manager (Division)
Close Working Relationships With: The Divisional FRSCOs in the other divisions
Purpose Of Job: To work closely with the Divisional Fundraising Manager to fundraise for priority projects in the area. To deliver agreed community based fundraising activities ensuring every contact is a positive and informative experience.
Hours Of Work: 21 per week
Location: Working from home and Divisional offices
