Hft Bradford are looking to appoint these key Employment Adviser post within their day opportunities provision for adults with a learning disability.

The Employment Adviser role is to support people with Learning Disabilities to access long term employment.
As an Employment Adviser, you will be working within the Bradford area supporting people access open paid employment; you would need to be open to flexible working which may involve some occasional evening and weekend work.

Overall Purpose of the Job:
The job requires you to enable adults with a learning disability to access open paid employment. Assessing individual’s skills thorough completion of a Vocational Profile and matching these to employment whilst identifying any training needs.

The Employment Advisor is directly managed and reports to the Cluster Manager Hft in regard to day to day work activities.
