Hft is one of the leading learning disability charities in the country. Recent mergers, and TUPE transfers have resulted in multiple terms and conditions of employment / local processes and ‘custom and practice’ being in place.
Looking forward, we are introducing a new HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance system, as well as developing new business which is likely to produce further TUPE transfers. We have undertaken a review of the existing term and conditions and now need someone to undertake the task of benchmarking, analysing and recommending a range of measures across Hft to deliver consistency and efficiency.
You must be able to show experience and evidence success in delivering on similar projects. You will also be required to roll out recommendations across Hft, which may extend the length of the contract offered.
You will be reporting to the Head of HR and will agree an outcome based project plan as well as provide regular updates and progress reports.
