Salary: £7.86 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday pay = £8.81 per hour)
Hours: Relief Support Workers work on an “as and when” basis to cover holidays, sickness and vacancies. Hours are flexible and you can work shifts that fit with your other commitments.
We are looking for staff with the vision to ensure that the people we support are given the same opportunities that everyone else has, including employment, education and a rewarding social life.
By using a person-centred approach, we believe that everyone should lead a life that is as independent as possible, as well as being included and involved in the local and wider community.
We are equally passionate about our team members having the freedom to really make a difference. Relevant life skills are just as important as experience, as we provide full induction, as well as excellent training and development.
Covering leave, training and sickness within our supported living services, with hours that fit in with life’s other commitments; this is an ideal way of discovering if this is the career for you.
