We are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals to join our Forest of Dean Services, working with individuals who have learning disabilities.
Our vision is to ensure that the people we support with additional needs such as challenging behaviour or Learning Disabilities are given the same opportunities as everyone else.
Relief Workers can have flexible hours each week, deciding when they are able to work and where, fitting in with other commitments and tenants needs.
Applicants should be keen to develop both themselves and the individuals we support to ensure full potential is achieved. You will be welcomed in to the team and coached along the way and have specific training for your role.
Successful applicants require the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies, but must also be self-motivated and be passionate about promoting independence and active lifestyles.
A full UK or EU driving licence is preferable but not essential due to the rural nature of the area
STRICTLY NO AGENCIES PLEASE
If you do not hear from us within 4 weeks after the closing date your application has not been successful on this occasion.

Successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure check against the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Having a criminal record may not bar you from employment.
