Hft Bradford are looking to appoint this key post within their day opportunities provision for adults with a learning disability.
To provide 1-1 support for an individual to access and engage with work tasks and learning activities at the level and intensity that are suitable to them.

Where you will be working: You will be supporting individuals to access their chosen activity/work at the level and intensity that is most suitable to them. You will be supporting individuals learn various work based tasks/opportunities, ensuring a high standard of quality.

This job is important because:
You will enable the people we support to lead fulfilling lives based upon their personal support needs. You need to work to the standards set internally (by Hft) and externally (for example, by the Care Quality Commission), doing all you can to make sure that the people we support and your colleagues come to no harm and that the people we support are satisfied with the level of support they receive. You will achieve this by communicating with individuals and by following the underpinning principles of Person Centred Active Support (PCAS):
We provide support over 5 days per week, Monday to Friday , however, you need to be flexible as they maybe some evening/weekend .
