As one of our charitable projects, Hft’s Family Carer Support Service (FCSS) is funded exclusively through voluntary donations and grants. For many family carers of a relative with a learning disability, we are an essential service. We provide free support and advice, and ensure family carers have a voice in relevant government policies.
Since the FCSS relies exclusively on funding from voluntary donations and grants, we’d really welcome your support. To donate, please get in touch.
We currently have funding from The Bailey Thomas Charitable Foundation and Skills for Care. In the recent past, funders have included:
- Whalley White Foundation
- The Henry Smith Foundation
- The Sovereign Health Care Charitable Trust
- The Alchemy Foundation
- Department of Health
- The Big Lottery
- The Freemason’s Grand Charity
- The Baily Thomas Charitable Trust
- The European Union
You can make a one-off donation or set up a regular direct debit to help support the FCSS. As a charitably funded project, your donation will have a direct impact on our ability to continue to support family carers up and down the country. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, both in the past and now in the present.
