To join Luv2meetU, you’ll need to complete an application form and provide two references.

Once you join Luv2meetU, you’ll receive a mixed programme of events every six to eight weeks, including virtual and face-to-face events. You can contact the Luv2meetU team and choose the activities you’d like to go to.

How much does Luv2meetU cost?

To access the Luv2meetU service will cost £10 per month to be paid by setting up a regular standing order with your bank. This will also give you access to the Luv2meetU Online so you can participate in virtual events at no extra cost.

In addition, we’ll charge you £5 per event attended in your local community, which will be chargeable on the day of the event. If possible, pay by debit or credit card, although there’ll be an option to pay cash.

You’ll also need to pay for the activity itself unless this is advertised as a free event. This could be food and drink, cinema tickets or transport to and from events.

If you need support to travel to and from events, we will discuss the options open to you.

If you require one-to-one support you will need to have this available to you and bring a Support Worker/PA with you. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this level of support through Luv2meetU.

Luv2meetU 12-week Connections programme

Luv2meetU has launched an affordable 12-week programme where you can access events, workshops and support, giving you the opportunity to make meaningful connections with like-minded people.

The Connections programme is available at a discounted rate of £25 for 12 weeks. The Connections programme is also available virtually if you cannot access the areas where it operates.

By signing up to the 12-week Connections programme, you get:

  • Access to Connection events: Three free connection events, giving you the chance to meet other club members from different Luv2meetU areas, and make meaningful connections (events are not available in all areas)
  • A Connection profile: A personalised profile which, with permission, can be shared with other club members also seeking meaningful connections
  • Access to workshops: The chance to join five online workshops, held by Gemma Milburn, Luv2meetU National Virtual Coordinator, to give you the skills to make new connections
  • Support: Support and guidance by phone and teams when needed.

Once you complete the 12-week Connections programme, you’ll get a certificate of excellence in healthy relationships, and your Connections profile will stay on file, available to share with other programme finishers, if you wish.
