• I understand that completing this form does not guarantee my place in the event, but I will be contacted separately and told if my application is successful.

• If accepted, I agree to pay Hft the £50 registration fee to secure my place within seven days of receiving my place from Hft.

• I understand that if I have not made payment of £50 for my registration fee within seven days, Hft may give my place to another person.

• I understand that if accepted for an Hft TCS London Marathon 2026 place, I am undertaking to raise at least £1,750 in sponsorship (excluding Gift Aid) and Hft should receive all sponsorship by the end of May 2026.

• I confirm that I will be 18 years of age by the date of the London Marathon in which I am running, and that, to the best of my knowledge, my general state of health and fitness is good and I take full responsibility for my training. I take part at my own risk.
