Annie celebrates 60th birthday with cake and jelly babies
Family and friends attended the party
Abba fan Annie Gill celebrated her 60th birthday with a party with her family and friends.
Annie, who is supported by Hft’s residential service in Bampton, put on her party finery for the celebration.
Alongside tucking into a special birthday cake, Annie enjoyed unwrapping her gifts, which included socks, a new Stanley cup, chocolate and biscuits.
Annie has been supported by Hft for the last seven years and has an active life in the village.

She is a member of Hft’s Holler Choir, which rehearses each week. She also enjoys trips out with her sisters and enjoys attending a weekly coffee morning.
Annie also loves listening to legendary Swedish pop group Abba and having her nails done. She is also a huge animal lover and used to have a dog called Bimble which she used to dress up in baby clothes.
A keen artist, Annie also spends time colouring and crafting and loves experimenting with different clothes and jewellery.
Annie used to live in Exeter and went to school there locally as a child.
Annie said she enjoyed her party.
“It was fun,” she said.
Service Manager Kay Nicholls said: “Annie is a much-loved part of our service here in Devon. We love her for her cheeky sense of humour.
“It was a fabulous celebration enjoyed by all of Annie’s family and friends.”
