Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs.
Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using the social model of disability to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
At Hft Oxfordshire we support around 50 people with many different types of learning disability. We’re experienced at supporting people with Down’s Syndrome, autism, complex health needs and challenging behaviour. What’s consistent throughout, is our focus on ensuring that everyone is supported to live the best life, and achieve the best outcomes possible.
