Our Work

Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs. Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using our innovative Fusion model of support to keep people at the centre of everything we do.

We’re experienced in providing high level support for individuals with complex needs who need 24 hour care – but we also support people who are just looking for an hour or two of support a week; we offer flexible support tailored to individual need.

We currently support over 140 people across the region to live the best lives possible.
