If you have a friend or family member with a learning disability, Hft’s national Family Carer Support Service offers free information and support for family carers.
- We provide one-to-one support for family carers by telephone, letter or email
- We run workshops where you can meet other family carers, and find out more about the things that matter to you such as family carer rights, local housing and support, health and well-being and Personal Budgets for the person you care about.
