Overview


The world’s greatest festival of cycling returns for 2023.

The Route

The RideLondon-Essex 100 is a unique opportunity to ride 100 miles on traffic-free roads. The ride will start be on Victoria Embankment and the route will them head out into 65 miles of Essex’s most beautiful countryside and villages in between before returning to London and finishing at the iconic Tower Bridge.

Why join #TeamHft?

By cycling as part of #TeamHft the sponsorship money you raise will help to support adults with a learning disability to help them to live as independently as possible, giving them the confidence to make choices and the chance to live their life the way they want. But we don’t do it alone, we can do this through the support of people just like you!

As part of #TeamHft we will make sure you are looked after from the day you join the team to the time you cross the finish line!
