This December, why not experience the thrill of a lifetime as you freefall at an exhilarating 120mph. Full training will be given and a qualified instructor will be in complete control of your jump throughout; you can just hang out and enjoy the ride this Christmas. You won’t regret it!
How it works
It’s easy: choose your jump site from the list below and commit to raising a minimum of £415; the full cost of your jump will come out of the money you raise – you just pay an initial £35 deposit to Skyline, the event organisers, to secure your place.
Then all that’s left to do is strap in and enjoy your leap of faith!
2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. For people with learning disabilities, the challenges have been particularly tough. The physical threat is very real – people with learning disabilities are up to 11 times more likely to die from coronavirus – but so is the impact on their mental health. Changes to routines, increased isolation and confusion about how to stay safe are all causing anxiety and distress. And at a time when they need Hft the most, our staff teams are also at risk.
We can’t predict how this will affect us in the long-term, but we know that it will have a long lasting impact. Your support is always important to us, but more so than ever through this time of crisis. That’s why fundraising events like this are so important to us.
Skydiving as part of TeamHft means every penny you raise will go to towards ensuring the ongoing safety and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities and the key workers who support them.
While some third parties process your data in the US, Hft is satisfied that these platforms’ security and data protection measures are compliant with UK data protection law. This status is reviewed regularly.
