Supporting around 100 people with learning disabilities to live with more independence and choice across the Bedfordshire area.
Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs. Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using our innovative Fusion model of support to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
At Hft Bedfordshire we run services that include a transition service for 16-25 year olds and a specialist support service for people with complex needs. Our emphasis is on creatively supporting people to live with greater levels of independence and personal fulfilment, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
