Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using the social model of disability to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
At Hft Sussex we support people with many different types of learning disability, and have particular experience in supporting people with complex needs. What’s consistent throughout though, is our focus on ensuring that everyone is supported to live the best life, and achieve the best outcomes possible.
