Our Work

Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs. Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using our innovative Fusion model of support to keep people at the centre of everything we do.

At Hft Herts & Essex we specialise in supporting people with autism, Prader Willi Syndrome, complex needs and challenging behaviour to live the best lives possible.
