Supporting people with learning disabilities to live with more independence and choice across the Surrey area, including Kingston, Sutton, Surbiton, Chessington, and New Malden.
Call us to discuss your support
Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs. Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using our innovative Fusion model of support to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
At Hft Surrey we support over 140 people with many different types of learning disability, and have particular experience in supporting people with autism and dementia. What’s consistent throughout, is our focus on ensuring that everyone is supported to live the best life, and achieve the best outcomes possible.
