Supporting learning disabled people to live with more independence and choice across the Lancashire area, including North Preston, Leyland, Hoghton, Ingol and Burnley.
Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs.
Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using the social model of disability to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
In Lancashire, we support a number of people with autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour, as well as a number of people with complex physical disabilities and mental health issues. We are also experienced at supporting people to move out of long stay secure hospitals into new houses in the community.
We currently support over 50 people across the county.
