Supporting learning disabled people to live with more independence and choice across the Leeds and the surrounding area, including Morley, Wetherby, Headingly, Otley, Moortown, Guisley, Crossgates, Garforth and Rothwell.
Our person-centred approach supports people to take control of their lives. We work closely with the people we support, their families and carers, and health professionals to deliver services that are personalised to individual needs.
Our support workers empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they live, using person-centred support to keep people at the centre of everything we do.
At Hft Leeds we support almost 80 people with many different types of learning disability, and have particular experience in meeting the specific needs of people on the autistic spectrum, as well as those with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
What’s consistent throughout is our focus on ensuring that everyone is supported to live the best life and achieve the best outcomes possible.
