We are sad to announce that CoreFest 2020 is cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Date: 11th July 2020 - 12th July 2020
Location: Hft Sussex, Walberton BN18 0AE
Event Type: Music Festival
Registration Fee: £0-£15
We’ve been closely monitoring the situation and were hopeful that the festival could be something for us all to look forward to in these difficult times, maybe later in the year. However, it has become clear that, for your safety and that of people with learning difficulties living at Hft Sussex, it is simply not possible for this year’s event to go ahead.
We are so grateful to all the suppliers, performers and vendors who had agreed to support CoreFest this year; and to everyone who was planning to come along. Whether this was to be your first CoreFest experience or you were looking forward to returning for another year, we really appreciate your support.
If you had purchased tickets already, you should by now have received an email update. If it hasn’t arrived, please contact us.
We are already working on CoreFest 2021 and hope to be able to confirm the date very soon. In the meantime, some of the bands have very kindly offered to support us in other ways, so please do look out for details of other events being announced later this year.
We are really sorry to let you down and can’t wait to see you back in our orchards in 2021. Until then, please stay safe, keep healthy and look after each other.
Saturday’s musical line-up includes some many of our favourites from last year’s event, headlined by Sussex’s own Murdoch’s Crazy Eyes. The main stage is complemented by a range of shows and workshops for all the family in our bandstand and circus tent. Plus aerial acrobatics, fire shows, silent disco and brand new interactive family fun zone.
Watch this space for full line-ups coming soon!
Corefest continues with a second fantastic line-up, headlined by local favourites Iron Tyger; back by popular demand following a triumphant closing set at last year’s event.

We regret that since the campsite is in our orchards, no campfires or barbeques are permitted. Small gas burners may be used, carefully and with consideration for your own and other campers’ safety.

Only food or drink purchased from one of our vendors is permitted inside the arena (campers can eat their own food in the campsite). If you have specific dietary requirements and need to bring your own food for medical reasons, please make us aware of this when you enter the arena. Strictly no alcohol is to be brought into the arena. Bag checks are in operation at this event.
